Restaurant is very bad Waiter dont know anything about menu Owner was not accepting his mistakes This is why they dont have any customers Overall dont go to restaurant by mistake also Very bad experience

Average place just to see fireflies

This is an average place. We stayed here for only one night. We just wanted to see the fireflies festival. The room comes in decent price 3500 with breakfast. The service is very poor and the waiters are uneducated. They dont understand your requirements. We went to the fireflies festival in our car . It is just beyond MTDC and Anandvan resort. You can go there after 7 pm from 27 may to 10 june till the rains come. Hot water was not available for bathing. We ate snacks here which were good but we had dinner at Anandvan resort which is really good.

We booked mountain view room no.108 and it should not have been allotted to anyone .Torn pillow covers and bedsheet , flooring cracked everywhere in the room and bathroom , one could get injured.For a package of 17000 for 2 night three days ,we felt robbed.After complaining also the sheets and pillow covers were not changed.Unfortunately couldnt shift to other hotel because our money was stuck .The pleasant location and better than average food cannot compensate lack of cleanliness poor service and horrible condition of the room.

Sourabh, is the name with which I have recived booking confirmation, I told him u need 3 mattresses and he send me invoice accordingly, after agreeing, later on venue guy asked for extra money saying that he confirmed for only 2. We were 7 and that was agreed on. Only 4 towels on room and extra were refused. Extra blenket request was also refused. Even the guy was questioning us to use ac by saying we only start ac in March. Morning bf was so much delayed. They say it's due to covid service is slow on the top of that the person has no sense on how to talk to customer. I seen many reviews of mismanagement I hope owners take care as I believe lot of fraud is being done at property.

Excellent place with awesome nature visit and scenic view. Also, they have musical night on select days. We had extended our one day stay because of such a wonderful experience. Best place for families to visit
